Producing up to 1,000 litres of water using air (and a little electricity) is the promise by which Bharat Electronics Limited and Hyderabad-based start-up Maithri showcased their "Atmospheric Water Generator" machine at Aero India. An NGO in South Africa has already ordered 100 such machines.
