The ninth edition of Belagavi International Kite Festival from January 19 to 22 at new venue ‘Malini City’ on B S Yeddyurappa Marg (old Pune-Bengaluru road) here. ‘Umang’, a youth festival, balloon and children’s festival will also be held at the same venue during the kite fest.
